No-bake Chocolate Tart
  1. Blend almonds, desiccated coconut, dates, cocoa powder, and salt until it comes together.

  2. Grease tart tins with oil and line them with the prepared tart base.

  3. Freeze the tart base while you prepare the filling.

  4. Peel and chop the apples.

  5. Boil the apples until they become mushy and a knife inserts smoothly.

  6. Strain and cool the apples.

  7. Blend the cooled apples with melted chocolate and vanilla extract until smooth.

  8. Pour the blended filling into the prepared tart molds.

  9. Set the tarts in the refrigerator overnight.

  10. Garnish with cacao nibs and blueberries before serving.
