  1. Mix the yoghurt, mango chutney, garlic granules, curry powder and lemon juice together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, onion, mango and coriander, reserving a few coriander leaves for garnish.

  3. Pile into a large bowl, scatter with the reserved coriander and serve!
