Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread
  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together in a high-powered blender until smooth. I started with the zucchini, cocoa powder, and eggs, blended, then added the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  3. Fold half the chocolate chips into the batter.

  4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

  5. Cover the top with the remaining chocolate chips.

  6. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and slice to serve.
