Flourless Apple Choco-bake
  1. Prepare The Apples: Peel and grate fresh apples into a bowl.

  2. Mix The Dry Ingredients: Combine oats, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. Add The Sweeteners: Stir in mashed banana or date paste for natural sweetness.

  4. Combine Wet & Dry: Add grated apples to the dry mix and stir until fully combined.

  5. Add Optional Extras: Mix in chopped nuts, raisins or dark chocolate chips.

  6. Prepare The Pan: Grease a small baking dish and line with parchment paper.

  7. Transfer The Batter: Spoon the mixture into the pan and smooth the top.

  8. Bake Until Set: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes until firm and golden.
