PB Noodle Salad
  1. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, hot honey, minced garlic, and sriracha to create the sauce

  2. Cook rice noodles according to package directions

  3. Prepare tofu or chicken as desired

  4. Combine cooked noodles with the peanut sauce

  5. Add edamame, tofu or chicken, sliced cucumber, carrots, and green onion

  6. Toss everything together and serve
