Masala Pav Recipe
  1. For The Masala Pav Masala

  2. Heat 4 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

  3. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) and sauté for a few seconds.

  4. Add 3 tbsp red chilli garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

  5. Add 1 cup finely chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add 1 cup finely chopped capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Add 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder, and 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

  8. Add ¼ cup finely chopped coriander (dhania) and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat.

  9. For Serving

  10. Heat 4 tbsp butter in a pan.

  11. Add 4 tsp red chilli garlic paste and 4 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania). Mix well.

  12. Place the 8 ladi pav in the pan and toast them on both sides until golden brown.

  13. Serve the masala pav with lemon wedges.
