Use whatever vegetables are on-hand.
Cook noodles as instructed on package.
Melt butter in pan.
Sauté vegetables. Mushrooms first, then onions, then everything else.
Mix in flour.
Mix in chicken drippings.
Mix in milk (or pineapple juice) to thin sauce as desired.
Mix in red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper.
Mix in chicken and cook until chicken is warm.
Remove from heat
Mix in drained noodles and pineapple if using.
