Airfryer Parmesan Potatoes
  1. Cut your potatoes in half then criss cross but don’t cut all the way.

  2. Melt 50g of butter in the microwave or saucepan.

  3. Add the butter to the base of the airfryer, add in some of the Parmesan, & the paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.

  4. Glaze potatoes with melted butter or an oil spray.

  5. Top with more Parmesan and airfry at 200 for 20 mins.

  6. Turn, top with more Parmesan and some rosemary and airfry for 10 mins at 200.
