Knead flour, yeast, sugar, oil, salt, and warm water together until dough is soft and stretchy
Place dough in oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel
Let rise until doubled in size, about 1 ½ hours
Dump dough onto floured countertop and flatten air bubbles out
Divide dough into two sections
Roll one section into a large rectangle
Spread 4 TBS soft butter across the dough
Spread brown sugar across the butter
Sprinkle cinnamon over the brown sugar
Roll from short end to the other
Slice down the middle and twist the dough with cut side up
Place in parchment lined 9x5 loaf pan
Cover with damp towel and let rise for 45 minutes
Mix egg wash with 1 egg, a little water, and a pinch of salt
Brush dough with egg wash
Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 190°F
