Sauté onion and carrots for 5 minutes until softened
Add mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until mushrooms release their moisture
Stir in tomato paste, paprika, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard
Fry cut up chicken in separate pan
Add chicken to sauce pan and simmer
Stir sour cream into the sauce
Simmer all until desired thickness and add pasta
