Heat oil in a pan or wok and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
Toss in onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes so they stay slightly crisp.
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients, then pour into the pan.
Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.
Finish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
