Mom's Thanksgiving Cranberry Chutney
  1. In medium saucepan combine cranberries, zest, juice, and apricots.

  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.

  3. Remove from heat, add vinegar and serve warm or at room temperature. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for a few days.
