Bring 1 cup water to a boil
Add ½ cup rolled oats and cook until most of the water is absorbed
Stir in 1 cup milk of choice and 1 tsp cinnamon and simmer
Stir in 2–3 tbsp egg whites until creamy and cooked through
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and chopped walnuts
Pour into a bowl and finish with sliced banana, seeded maple granola, and a splash of milk
