Airfryer Sticky Hoisin Meatballs
  1. In a bowl, mix together all the meatball ingredients, except the oil spray, and then roll into meatballs.

  2. Remove the tray from the air fryer basket, add the meatballs and spray with oil. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes at 200°C.

  3. Mix together the sauce ingredients and then drizzle over the meatballs, stirring to coat. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced and sticky.

  4. Serve with the noodles or rice and vegetables, with the chilli and sesame seeds sprinkled over.
