Stir together flour, egg, and water to make the dough.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Mix ground pork, chopped Napa cabbage, salt, garlic, minced green onion, ginger, Chinese cooking wine, cooking oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt to make the filling.
Shape the dumplings by placing a spoonful of filling in the center of a round, slightly thinner at the edges, and thicker at the center dough.
Fold the dough over and pinch it to seal the dumpling.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the dumplings until they float to the top.
Serve the dumplings plain or with a dipping sauce.
