Chocolate Protein Energy Balls
  1. Add everything into a food processor, except the hazelnuts and desiccated coconut

  2. Blitz until smooth but not too smooth, around 30 seconds to a minute, until it forms a dough

  3. Form equal-sized balls (makes around 12)

  4. Place a hazelnut into the middle of each ball

  5. Roll each ball into the desiccated coconut

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving
