Add marinated chicken thighs to rice cooker
Add unsalted butter and knotted spring onion to rice cooker
Cook rice cooker until done
Let chicken rice rest in rice cooker for 10 minutes before serving
Prepare chili sauce by combining minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped red chili, chopped chili padi, chicken broth, brown sugar, salt, and lime juice
Prepare ginger garlic scallion oil sauce by combining minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, sesame oil, and hot scallion oil
Prepare soy sauce by combining light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and warm water
Serve chicken rice with chili sauce, ginger garlic scallion oil sauce, and soy sauce on the side
