Rinse your potatoes really well (after cutting into fries) and lay them in a single layer on paper towels. Pat dry. Dry them well!
Put them in a large bowl and toss with olive oil to coat well. Sprinkle seasonings and toss again.
Put in air fryer for 10 minutes on 380 F. Take them out, toss/shake and return them for another 10 minutes on 380F.
Serve with a few extra shakes of seasoning, if desired!
