Lemon Cream Cheese Pie
  1. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and smooth.

  2. Beat in half a can of lemon pie filling (or substitute with lemon curd).

  3. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream).

  4. Dollop remaining whipped topping on top of the pie if desired.

  5. Finish with remaining lemon pie filling for a glossy layer.

  6. Chill until set and serve.
