Mix cheesecake shards by mixing ingredients, spread thin layer and freezing completely. Cut into shards. 100% do this on parchment or it will stick!
Bake sliced strawberries at 250°F (120°C) for 15 min, cool.
Cream butter + sugars. Mix in egg, yolk, vanilla, milk.
Stir in dry ingredients until soft dough forms.
Fold in strawberries + cheesecake chunks. Swirl in jam.
Scoop 12 balls, cover & chill overnight.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 min.
Shape with a cutter while warm.
