Brown your sausage in a large pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add your chopped onion and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add your orzo and garlic, cook for about 30 seconds.
Stir in broth and cream. Once it boils, cook for 10 minutes uncovered on medium/low heat.
Stir often to prevent sticking.
Take pot off the heat and add in your spinach and Parmesan cheese.
Mix until the spinach has wilted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
