Creamy Sausage Orzo
  1. Brown your sausage in a large pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add your chopped onion and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  3. Add your orzo and garlic, cook for about 30 seconds.

  4. Stir in broth and cream. Once it boils, cook for 10 minutes uncovered on medium/low heat.

  5. Stir often to prevent sticking.

  6. Take pot off the heat and add in your spinach and Parmesan cheese.

  7. Mix until the spinach has wilted.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
