Prepare Chicken
Slice chicken breast thinly.
Combine chicken with salt, white pepper, baking soda, 3.5 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp water in a bag.
Shake to coat.
Make Sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients.
Cook Dish
Heat oil. Cook chicken until lightly crusted.
Stir sauce. Reduce heat to medium.
Pour half the sauce over chicken. Let caramelize and thicken.
Add remaining sauce. Let sit briefly.
Mix everything together.
Garnish with green onions.
