Teriyaki Sesame Salmon Ramen Bowl
  1. Prepare the Salmon according to the package instructions.

  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the instant ramen noodles to al dente for no more than 3 minutes before straining. Discard the seasoning packet.

  3. Preheat a large non-stick sauté pan over a medium-high setting.

  4. Add the butter, garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until very fragrant.

  5. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar to the pan and mix well.

  6. Reduce the pan sauce slightly before adding the al dente ramen noodles to the pan.

  7. Mix well, ensuring all of the noodles are coated in the sauce.

  8. Using a spatula, move the noodles to the sides of the pan and add the whisked eggs.

  9. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, about 1-2 minutes.

  10. Stir together the eggs and sauced ramen noodles.

  11. Divide the noodles equally between two plates.

  12. Garnish generously with chopped scallions and everything spice.

  13. Top each plate with a sliced and fully cooked portion of Teriyaki Sesame Salmon.
