Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese and pepper and mix well.
Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture and place in a 9x13 pan.
Top each mushroom with the Gouda cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
