Chocolate Remix of Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls
  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse ¾ cup oats until broken. You don't want to turn it into oat flour but break it enough that there is some powder. This will help bind the balls.

  2. Stir the ⅓ cup peanut butter, 2 Tablespoons honey, and raisins or other desired mix-ins in a bowl until combined.

  3. Add the oat/cacao powder mix to the bowl and stir until completely worked in.

  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, wetting hands if needed. Eat right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
