Mix the chicken/turkey mince with the paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix it together then separate and roll into two balls.
Smash the mince balls down onto each wrap.
Spray a pan with oil on medium heat and place down the tacos, mince side down. Fry on this side first for 5-8 minutes until cooked then flip and do the same on the other side.
Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Fry the pancetta until cooked.
Once the tacos are cooked, spread over half of the dressing and top with some lettuce, pancetta, remaining dressing and parmesan.
