Season the shrimp with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside
Steam the broccoli and snap peas for 4-5 minutes, until bright green and just tender
Add the seasoned shrimp to the steamer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque
Transfer everything to a bowl. Top with scallions and fresh lemon juice
Finish with cubed avocado or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
