Shrimp & Veggie Bowl
  1. If needed, peel and devein the shrimp, then pat dry

  2. Season the shrimp with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside

  3. Steam the broccoli and snap peas for 4-5 minutes, until bright green and just tender

  4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the steamer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque

  5. Transfer everything to a bowl. Top with scallions and fresh lemon juice

  6. Finish with cubed avocado or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
