Spicy Korean Buldak Chicken (dakgalbi)
  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, gochugaru, oyster sauce, mirin, brown sugar, gochujang, minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil to make your Buldak spicy sauce

  2. Chop your spring onions and red onions into 1-inch sized pieces

  3. In a pan on medium heat, coated with spray oil, add your chicken thighs and cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides

  4. Add your spring onions, rice cakes, red onions and your sauce, and sauté for 2 minutes

  5. Top it off with your mozzarella cheese and cover with a lid for 1 minute to let the cheese melt

  6. Portion into two separate plates and enjoy
