Roast Cabbage With Miso Butter And Peanut And Chilli Dressing
  1. Heat the oven to fan 180°c, gas mark 6.

  2. Beat the miso paste with the butter and maple syrup. Set aside while you prepare the cabbage.

  3. Cut each cabbage in half through the root and then cut each half into three wedges.

  4. Drizzle oil into two roasting tins and spread the cabbage wedges in a single layer over both tins.

  5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Smear the miso butter over each wedge and return to the oven for a further 8-10 minutes until soft and golden around the edges.

  7. Make the peanut and chilli sauce by toasting sesame seeds, adding all the remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl.

  8. Arrange the cabbage wedges in a serving dish and spoon over the peanut and chilli dressing.
