1. Melt the lard in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion for a couple of minutes with a pinch of salt

  2. Add the potatoes and cook while stirring and moving them around for about 7-8 minutes

  3. Add the cheese and allow it to melt

  4. Turn the heat to medium-low and allow a crust to form at the bottom

  5. Flip and get the crust on the other side too

  6. Let it completely cool down

  7. Cut and eat
