Combine the ground chicken, 1 large egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the seasoned chicken.
Set up a flour station with the 100g of plain flour mixed with the same seasonings used for the chicken.
Prepare a wet station with the 1 beaten egg.
To make the hot honey dip, melt 15g of unsalted butter and mix it with 3 tbsp of Franks red hot and 1 tbsp of honey. Add chilli flakes to taste.
Spray the chicken nuggets with cooking oil before cooking and give them another spray halfway through.
Air fry the nuggets at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or bake them in the oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
