Easy High Protein Crispy Chicken Nuggets
  1. Combine the ground chicken, 1 large egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the seasoned chicken.

  2. Set up a flour station with the 100g of plain flour mixed with the same seasonings used for the chicken.

  3. Prepare a wet station with the 1 beaten egg.

  4. To make the hot honey dip, melt 15g of unsalted butter and mix it with 3 tbsp of Franks red hot and 1 tbsp of honey. Add chilli flakes to taste.

  5. Spray the chicken nuggets with cooking oil before cooking and give them another spray halfway through.

  6. Air fry the nuggets at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or bake them in the oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
