Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
  1. Mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and onion powder

  2. Add chuck roast to crock pot

  3. Pour sauce over meat and flip a few times to coat

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours

  5. Optional: Add cornstarch/water mixture to sauce at the end for thicker consistency

  6. Serve with jasmine rice and air fried broccoli
