Tiramisu Chia Pudding
  1. In a container, mix together ¾ cup of the Greek yogurt with the chia seeds, maple syrup, coffee, and oats.

  2. Stir well until fully combined.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 2 hours).

  4. Before serving, top with the remaining ¼ cup Greek yogurt and dust with cacao powder.
