For the Halloumi: In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the halloumi slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, ½ tsp of chili flakes, and sprinkle with 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
