Zucchini Bread
  1. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt) in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Add the grated zucchini to the wet mixture and stir to incorporate.

  5. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.

  6. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour, checking with a toothpick to ensure it's fully cooked.

  7. Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
