Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
  1. Mix sugar, cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth

  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix until well combined

  3. Line a 6 inch cake pan with parchment paper and pour in your mix

  4. Bake at 475°F for 20 minutes (cheesecake should be jiggly in the center and a bit firmer in the edges)

  5. Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
