Onion Bhajis
  1. Slice the onions thinly.

  2. In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, cumin, coriander, chili powder and salt.

  3. Add the sliced onions and mix well, adding water a little at a time to form a thick batter.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil.

  5. Fry the onion bhajis until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
