Season steak with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil until cooked to desired doneness
Boil eggs for 6 minutes then place in ice cold water
Mix together ¾ cups soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp mirin or rice vinegar, 1-2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp water to make jammy soy sauce
Peel and halve the boiled eggs and marinate in jammy soy sauce
Mix 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp mayo, 1-2 tbsp chili crunch, 2-3 cloves minced garlic, and momofuku sweet & spicy sauce packet to create soup base
Add 1 cup of ramen water to the soup base before serving
Cook momofuku noodles according to package directions
Assemble ramen by placing noodles in a bowl, adding soup base, sliced steak, jammy eggs, scallions, sesame seeds, and momofuku chili crunch
