Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto the bottom of a prepared graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Prepare the pudding layer by beating together chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes, milk, and vanilla extract.
Spread the pudding layer evenly on top of the pecans.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Top with a layer of whipped cream and decorate with chopped pecans or pecan halves.
