Toss paneer with chilli powder, salt & black pepper. Rest 10 minutes.
Add cornflour (no water) and coat well.
Shallow fry till golden & crispy.
Heat wok on high flame with oil and dry red chilli.
Add garlic, ginger, and green chilli.
Add onion, spring onion, and coriander stems, quick toss.
Add capsicum and keep it crunchy.
Add sauce mix (ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and black pepper).
Add little water and cornflour slurry.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add paneer and toss on high flame.
Finish with spring onion, coriander, and sesame seeds.
