Add the cream cheese, blue cheese, olive brine, vodka, chives, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest and a tiny pinch of salt (optional) to a food processor. Process until smooth.
You can refrigerate for a little bit or serve room temp.
Stuff the olives with blue cheese.
Pipe the dip on a plate, arrange the olives as shown in the video. Drizzle with olive oil, add chives and black pepper. Enjoy with chips and a dirty martini!
