Sticky Korean Cocktail Sausages
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan assisted, 200ºC non fan). Line a small baking tray with foil and set aside

  2. Add 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp runny honey, 1 tsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp minced garlic, ½ tbsp sesame seeds and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Stir to combine

  3. Add 270g pork cocktail sausages to the bowl and mix until they are completely coated.

  4. Tip the coated sausages out onto the lined baking tray

  5. Cook the sausages for 30 minutes, turning them half way through
