Spicy Green Salsa Recipe
  1. Peel and chop veggies. Place on a parchment-lined air fryer rack (or baking tray) and broil on "High" for ~10-15 minutes, or until browned, blistered and fragrant.

  2. Add broiled veggies to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth (~30-60 seconds).

  3. Open lid, add lime juice, cilantro and seasonings. Blitz until well-combined and desired texture is reached (~30-60 seconds). Taste and adjust spices as desired. Seal in an air-tight jar for up to ~2 weeks. Enjoy!
