Sheet Pan Spicy Chicken & Cauliflower Noodle Bowls
  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. Combine gochujang, Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey, Momofuku Soy Sauce, olive oil, and Momofuku Sesame Oil. Add chicken and let marinate.

  3. Cut cauliflower into small florets and slice leeks. Mix with olive oil and spread on a sheet pan.

  4. Nestle chicken pieces into the cauliflower and leeks. Drizzle with remaining marinade and season with Momofuku Spicy Seasoned Salt.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for char.

  6. Prepare Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles and spoon into bowls. Top with chicken, cauliflower, leeks, and pan sauce. Garnish with scallions.
