Hashbrown Egg Bakes
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Lightly spray 4 individual glass meal prep containers

  3. Add 2 eggs and cottage cheese to each container and stir

  4. Cut up 1 frozen hashbrown and add into container

  5. Add ¼ cup ham and ¼ cup cheese to each

  6. Season with salt and black pepper

  7. Stir gently inside each container until combined

  8. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, until centers are set

  9. Cool, cover, and refrigerate

  10. Microwave 90 seconds to 2 minutes, loosely covered to reheat
