  1. Blanch the spinach until tender

  2. Drain and squeeze out excess water

  3. Mix spinach with minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil

  4. Add chopped green onion and sesame seeds

  5. Season with salt and gochugaru if desired

  6. Toss well and serve
