Chicken Fried Chicken
  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs, and flour. In a separate dish, whisk together the milk and egg.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Dip chicken breasts into the milk and egg mixture, then dredge in the breading until evenly coated.

  4. Fry chicken in the hot oil about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

  5. Remove with a slotted spatula and serve hot.
