While the pasta is cooking place garlic into cold water in a pan, bring it up to a boil for 10 seconds, then strain out. Repeat 4-5 times until the garlic is soft and doesn't have a raw garlic flavor
Blend with olive oil and water until smooth
Mix with al dente pasta heating the sauce only with residual heat of the pasta
Add salt, pepper, and garnish with garnish parsley and parmesan to your taste
