In a small saucepan, add the water and protein powder. Whisk well until fully dissolved.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to bloom.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the sour gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
