Massage your brisket with the onion powder, granulated garlic, both types of paprika, brown sugar, and olive oil
Let it marinade while the meat comes up to room temperature
Add avocado oil to your pan and sear your brisket on both sides and transfer to your roasted
Add a little bit more avocado oil and add in your onions letting them soften
Add your balsamic but let it cook out until there is basically no liquid left in the pan
Add in your oot and red wine and let reduce for 10 minutes (make sure to scrape the black bits off the bottom of the pan)
Cut your veggies and garlic heads and place around the brisket
Add your sauce on top of the brisket cover and bake on 325 for 3 hours
With the last 20 minutes left uncover and cook on 400
